This traditional island-style clambake is held at the fire station on Concord Avenue and benefits the Put-in-Bay Volunteer Fire Department. Bake includes clams, chicken, corn, potato, fresh fruit and vegetables. 3 to 7 p.m. Carry out is available. Tickets are $25 per person. | |
9th Annual Miller Boat Line 5K Race |

Classic sports car owners recreate the post WWII road races around the island from 1952-1959 and again in 1963. The 199th Anniversary of the Battle of Lake Erie is a celebration of history, art and music and also a celebration of Perry’s naval victory and the nearly two centuries of peace shared by the United States, Canada and Great Britain. A War of 1812 Military encampment all weekend and 1,200 Boy Scouts camp on the memorial’s east lawn for their annual camporee.
