This a non-smoking unit for the enjoyment of all our guests
No Pets Allowed on Property
Check-in is 3 pm, Check-out is 10 am. Late checkouts will be charged $25 without prior permission.

Rates

$850.00 per week May 15 to Sept 15 (excluding Holidays) + $25.00 cleaning fee + tax
$950.00 per week Holiday weeks: Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Christmas in July (last weekend in July) + $25.00 cleaning fee + tax
Ask us about our off season rental rates- for fall fishing or winter ice fishing season
A signed rental agreement, waiver and a $100.00 security deposit holds your reservation
Last minute Bookings may be available, but full rent, waiver and the security deposit will be due at the time of booking. Refund policies are the same as for regular bookings
At least 21 years of age to book a reservation and must be present in home at all times
Directions & Key will be provided approximately one week prior to your stay
All rental fees, security deposit, and signed rental agreement and waiver due 30 days prior to your arrival date
Cancellations: All rental fees less processing fee will be returned if reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival date. Any cancellation of less then 30 days will
result in forfeiture of your paid deposit unless we are able to re-rent the unit. Cancellations of less then 14 days are completely non-refundable. A $50.00 processing fee is charged on all cancellations
